The North Takes Wing

I've got these wings. I know what they're for.
The dragon in me will wait no more.
I trust myself with the open sky.
This choice is mine. I'm choosing to fly.

The knots were mine, so was the lie.
I thought the brave
were born to fly.
And I was made to watch them try.
I cheer them on.
Yeah. And stay below. I stayed too.
I waited for courage. It waited for me.
Here I am.
I want to know what I can be.
That dragon strength belongs to me.
I'll take the reins, I'll face that height.
