We Were Electric

We were electric, we were alive, distancing from another town
We were electric, lost in the years
The song keeps playing and you reappear
Ooh, you reappear
Don't photograph
Old photographs, a silent train
I hear our laughter through the rain
A thousand miles, a thousand years
One familiar song, and you're still here
We were were electric
We were alive
